We are open!

We are open for business! Since the start of The Independables in March of this year, we had a great start. Challenging assignments, building our own company, establishing relationships with partners, interviewing the first interested employees. That is all in line with our ambition: to grow a company specialised in Business Transformations with at least 25 highly experienced consultants. And every Friday Independence Day, to perform peer review/ quality control reviews on each other’s work. To learn from each other, to grow as a team. We’re open on one hand to hire new experienced consultants and on the other to take in even more, challenging and interesting assignments.

Recently, we posted our first position within The Independables (see link). We’re looking for an experienced Program/ Project Manager to support Business Transformation assignments (see link to our vacancy). We’re interested to connect with experienced consultants who want to join us on a permanent base, as well as self-employed consultants willing to join our ecosystem. Consultants who want to have a say in the way we build our company, who love the challenge of a company growing and learning.

We are open for new, challenging and interesting assignments as well. Assignments in Business Transformations that will challenge our knowledge and capabilities. We like to learn, to grow. Examples of areas where we can support:
– Supply Chain
– Integrated Planning
– Mergers & Acquisitions
– Software selection/ implementation
– Profitability Management
– IFRS compliance
– Enterprise Information Management

We also perform interim assignments. In these assignments, we support the business to fill in the gaps. Think of roles like Program/ Portfolio Manager, Delivery Manager, Benefits Realisation Manager or Project Management. Looking at the number of vacancies at this moment, there is an increasing need for experienced Project Managers. For interim assignments, we aim to improve the organisation (processes, people, tools, and data) by transferring our knowledge to the business owners.

Concluding, we are open! Open for new and challenging assignments to match the ambition of our new employees. To support you in running your business in an improved way. To grow our team members in each assignment.

Networked Organisations (part 2)

Networked Organisations

Before we officially started The Independables over a year ago, we created a business plan to think through our services and offering, financials, and of course, our growth model. In that growth model, we, like most people setting up a new organisation, envisioned a...

Three is the max!

Three is the max!

How many projects can a project manager handle without losing overview or impacting the output quality negatively? Many project managers have one assignment at a time. This allows for in-depth focus and 100% attention for this project. The amount of work to be...

How we deal with the next crisis: shortage of employees

The last few years we have experienced several crises in a row: pandemic, war, supply chain disruptions, shortages, high-energy prices, increasing food prices. Today, we stil feel the impact of the (past) crises and need to adjust to this new reality. And a next...

The key to success in business transformations

The key to success in business transformations

The success rate of business transformations is low, according to different studies (for example: McKinsey – 27% of transformation projects succeed). There are different success factors (and factors, when not addressed seriously, will cause failures), but what is the...
