Templates and checklist  are never complete or fully correct.

Also after many reviews, alterations and fine-tuning, there is always room for improvement.

The perfect template or checklist simply does not exist!

Why not?

Real life is just evolving too fast and is too complex to fully capture in a model.

Nevertheless we collected several templates and checklists that are most relevant for managing business transformations.

We also stay eager to expand this knowledge base.

Not to follow, but to apply as quick start, guidance or trigger for discussion.
