After working for an interim organization for four years, I became an independent interim manager with over 20 years of experience. My specializations include finance and process management, credit management, order-to-cash management, debt collection, invoicing, procure-to-pay, and change management, for both B2B and B2C organizations within national and international environments. 

My communication skills allow me to effectively engage with all levels of an organization. Through active listening and open communication, I clarify bottlenecks, requirements, and wishes. By sifting through vast amounts of data, I can identify what is essential, make connections, and act intentionally based on relevant information. This leads me to make informed decisions that align with set goals. 

Thanks to my extensive knowledge of organizational processes, I can translate complex business processes into clear, achievable goals. I am committed to finding structural solutions and taking the necessary actions to achieve success. Under time pressure, I am still able to motivate and lead others, making me an effective coaching leader.
