Throughout my career of 19 years in finance, commerce, and operations, I have handled complex business/digital/finance transformations where challenges in the form of resistance, system limitations, underperformance and even conflict, were hampering cooperation and output. I brought a fresh perspective, a new way of working and a focus on performance management that generated a finance function operating in line with business requirements and significantly more efficient.
